Where are you located?
We’re based in Tenerife, Canary Islands, Spain. Our pieces are designed, cut and sewn in the south of Tenerife.
Once the order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Once your payment details have been authorized, your delivery address has been checked, and the item is in stock, your order will be processed.
If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail after placing your order, please contact us at info@pake-mas.com
Unfortunately, once you have submitted your order you cannot make changes to it. If you wish to purchase additional or other items, you can place a new order and arrange for the previous order to be canceled.
You can redeem your voucher conveniently during the payment process. Enter your voucher code in the field provided. The invoice amount will automatically be reduced by the voucher amount. If you have any questions about your voucher, simply write to us at info@pake-mas.com and we will be happy to help you.
What are the payment options?
Credit Cards
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. Payment is taken once your order has been shipped.

When selecting this option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to 'Log In' and review before clicking 'Pay Now'. Once this transaction is complete, you will then return to pake-mas.com
Shipping and Costs

Our deliveries are fulfilled by the National postal service of Spain Correos. All orders are registered and tracked when sent.

The goods will be ready for dispatch 3-4 days after the day following your order. Please keep in mind that the products are handmade and we take our time to complete every order and continually inspect the products.

The products are shipped to the delivery address provided.

Please note that you may need to pay the required duties & taxes in your country upon delivery. You will be responsible for paying these duties & taxes. Please note that the shipping carrier may not release the package without payment for duties & taxes.

What is your return policy?
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase, but if you aren't satisfied with your product then please email us to info@pake-mas.com so we can help!

We accept returns postmarked within 20 days from the date your order was shipped. If 20 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Returns must be received in new condition; unused, unworn and unwashed. Items returned with obvious use, makeup, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains will be subject to refusal.
Original shipping fees are not refunded on the return.
All Sale items are not eligible for returns.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Refunds cannot be returned to alternate cards or different forms of payment.
For all returns, return shipping and any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer and won't be refunded.
As soon as your items arrive to our warehouse, we will issue a refund (excluding shipping costs) and send you an email to confirm.
Please send items tracked and keep proof of receipt until a full refund has been issued as we can not take any responsibility for lost items.
